Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, please contact us in the first place and explain why. You must also let us know when you bought the game and provide proof of purchase.
If your request is reasonable, your refund will be processed and a full repayment made.
