Murder Mystery Games Affiliate agreement

The Agreement between Murder Mystery Games LTD and the person or company listed below (hereafter called the affiliate) is out-lined here:
1) Murder Mystery Games Limited will pay commission of not less than 20% on sales that result from the affiliate’s web site, providing orders arrive in a manner which can be tracked back directly to the affiliate. Murder Mystery Games will provide the affiliate with a .PDF (adobe acrobat) file specifically for this purpose which the affiliate is expressly forbidden to tailor, adapt or alter in any way shape or form - either electronically or by hand. The affiliate may never attempt to deceive any person as to the intended contents of the file. At no time does copyright of any material pass to the affiliate.
2) Murder Mystery Games will pay commission quarterly by check by regular first class (or Air Mail) post. Evidence of posting will be sufficient evidence that payment has been made. Commission amounts will be calculated in UK pounds and US equivalents will be based on UK published exchange rates on the day in question.
Quarterly payment dates will be within one week of the last days of March, June, September & December. If commission values amount to less than £18, commissions may be held over until the next quarter.
3) The affiliate will, on demand, be entitled to be told what commission is currently due to them at that time. The affiliate also retains the right to send in qualified UK auditors should they dispute any commissions arising.
4) The affiliate is specifically responsible for any taxes or duties that they may owe as a result of commissions paid by Murder Mystery Games LTD to the affiliate. Murder Mystery Games also has the right to demand a valid tax receipt for any moneys paid out to affiliates.
5) The affiliate must use only the highest ethical methods for promoting the sale of the games, as interpreted by Murder Mystery Games LTD. The agreement may be terminated by the affiliate by informing Murder Mystery Games LTD that they wish to do so. The agreement will be deemed to have lapsed if no commissionable sales come from the affiliate for 12 months or if two successive commission payments are not banked by the affiliate. Murder Mystery Games reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement by giving at least two weeks notice to the affiliate in the event that changes in domestic or international law affect this agreement. Murder Mystery Games may always terminate the agreement by giving 3 months notice, or immediately if the terms have been breached.
6) This agreement shall be interpreted under English law. Completing the affiliate sign up form will imply acceptance of these terms by the affiliate, and provision to the affiliate of a unique Affiliate ID number by Murder Mystery Games LTD will denote acceptance by Murder Mystery Games Ltd.
